We at The Videogame Fans want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policy regarding returns, damaged items, and shipping errors.

1. Damaged Items or Shipping Errors

Damaged Upon Arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, once the damage is verified.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and a photo of the item you received. We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect item and/or will ship the correct product to you as soon as possible.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged/Incorrect Item: We will cover all return shipping costs.
